Fiscus Consulting was created by Brad Fiscus in the fall of 2001.   After a successful 13 year career as a middle school and high school science teacher, student government sponsor, football coach, and wrestling coach, Brad and his wife became parents.   Brad decided at that time to be a stay-at-home dad.  He started Fiscus Consulting to give him an outlet for his untapped creative energy.   MAT CONTROL As a result of his more than 25 years of experience in wrestling both as a wrestler and a coach, he began organizing and managing wrestling tournaments for high school and middle school wrestling programs.  His goal is to take the stress of hosting a quality tournament off the shoulders of the wrestling coach and the administration.  This allows the wrestling coach to focus on his/her athletes and their performance on the mat.   For more information click on  the link at the top of the page. Fiscus Glassworks Brad had always had an interest in the beauty of stained glass and as a science teacher had always wondered how it was accomplished.  So in the fall of 2002, he decided to take some classes and hasn't looked back since.   He is now teaching classes at his county rec center and will soon begin teaching from his home studio. He now, in just over 2 years time, has made pieces for customers all over the world.  Recently he collaborated with Len Reinhardt of Reinhardt Restorations to create an 8 foot tall cross for the Sanctuary of the Epworth United Methodist Church in Franklin, Tennessee. Leadership Experience Leadership Experience is an inspiring, student- motivated skill development program which emphasizes leadership, teamwork, self esteem, communication and responsibility.  The program teaches the importance of teamwork and how students as individuals can contribute to the over all effectiveness of a productive school/team effort.
